If you have a time sensitive order, please use one of our faster delivery options. However, please note Mindspace cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances that lead to shipment delays. These include, but are not limited to, delays caused by weather conditions, or late shipments due to mechanical delays by the carrier.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery date.
Please note: All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in new condition with tags and labels attached. Return credits are issued once the item is received and inspected by the return department.
To return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Be sure to include your order number in your email so we can quickly locate your purchase.
Please allow up to 5 business days from returned shipment for your return to arrive at our Returns Department. Your return will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. After your return has been processed, provided that the item returned is in its original condition, you will be refunded using the same form of payment original payment was made. For example, if you paid by credit card, the money will be returned to the same card.

What if my order arrives damaged or missing parts?
We package all of our products with care so they arrive at your doorstep safe and secure. If an item does arrive damaged or missing parts, please email email@example.com as soon as possible so we can send you out a replacement product or parts.
